No Per-Product Platform Fee
Lobbicore does not charge a platform fee for each product you publish. Large catalogs and unusual storage, processing, or migration requirements may require an infrastructure upgrade or separate scope.

One standard migration of supported products, customer records, and order history available through an approved Shopify or WooCommerce export is included. Cleanup, inaccessible data, and custom transformations are separately scoped.

Starting price for Basic under a 12-month initial service term. Service becomes month to month after that initial term. Scope, third-party services, payment processing, unusually complex features, migrations, and content work may affect final pricing. The standard migration covers one approved store and supported products, customers, and order history available through standard exports. Plus and Pro add the website edits, reviews and support priorities listed below. A website review gives you recommendations; it does not include ongoing search optimization, social content production, email campaigns or advertising management. Marketplace access and Lobbi VI access do not include those managed services either.
If you want our team to plan and carry out coordinated website and marketing work, the Growth Plan is a separate service, individually scoped after a business review. Your proposal confirms what is included and how any existing website services fit, so overlapping work is addressed before you approve it.

The $150 setup is the starting price for an approved standard website. Larger catalogs, multiple websites, dedicated infrastructure, complex integrations, unusual migration work, and custom systems require a separate scope. Existing founders plans remain governed by their signed agreements unless the customer voluntarily approves a written change.
What the service levels mean
Clear Commitments Without Vague Promises.
Reviews produce priorities. Support targets describe when we respond. Installation windows describe when approved work enters the queue. They do not promise unlimited work or an exact resolution time.
Website Reviews
- Basic receives one review during each 12-month service period with a written summary, up to three priorities, and one 30-minute review conversation.
- Plus receives one review every three months with a written summary, progress comparison, up to five priorities, and one 30-minute review conversation.
- Pro receives one review each month with a written action summary, progress tracking, up to five priorities, and one 30-minute review conversation.
- Reviews cover website health, mobile presentation, important links and forms, approved analytics when connected, and practical improvement opportunities.
Support Priority
- Standard Support targets an initial response within two business days.
- Priority Support targets an initial response within one business day.
- Highest Priority Support targets an initial response within four business hours during published support hours.
- Website-wide outages receive urgent attention. Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times and depend on scope, access, approvals, and third-party providers.
Installation Scheduling
- Standard installations normally enter the implementation queue within 5 to 10 business days.
- Preferred installations normally enter the queue within 3 to 5 business days.
- Priority installations normally enter the queue within 1 to 3 business days.
- Timing begins after compatibility approval, required materials and access, payment, and third-party requirements are complete. Each add-on's published installation range still applies.
Important Service Boundaries
Published support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding published holidays. A minor edit request is one coherent change using the existing design, data, and functionality, with one reasonable revision. New pages, redesigns, custom systems, new integrations, data cleanup, and major workflow changes are separately scoped. Unused edit requests do not roll over.

A clear path to the code

After the first one-year service term, you may request an export of the custom website code covered by your agreement. If service ends before that initial term is completed, the code remains with Lobbicore.
The signed service agreement controls ownership, exclusions, third-party components, credentials, transfer format, and any outstanding obligations.
